1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the P5 GO platform (the "Platform"), operated by Panchtatvam Global Solutions Private Limited ("P5 GO", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

P5 GO provides an online travel agency platform enabling users to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, holiday packages, transfers, activities, and related travel services. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective travel supplier.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. P5 GO is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Booking & Payment

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. P5 GO acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not the principal in any booking contract.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and fare type. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. P5 GO convenience fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Visa & Travel Documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits. P5 GO provides visa assistance as a facilitation service only and does not guarantee visa approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

P5 GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or any travel services booked through it. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
