Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Rules

Cancellation policies vary by product type, supplier, and fare/rate selected at the time of booking. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking is displayed during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

2. Flights

Flight cancellation policies are set by the airline. Non-refundable fares cannot be cancelled for a refund. Refundable fares may be cancelled subject to the airline's cancellation fee. P5 GO charges a service fee of ₹250 per passenger per sector for processing flight cancellations.

3. Hotels

Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. Free cancellation rates allow cancellation up to a specified date without charge. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled for a refund. Please check the specific policy before booking.

4. P5 GO Convenience Fee

The P5 GO convenience fee is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation, regardless of the reason.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, go to Manage Booking, enter your Booking ID and contact details, and select Cancel Booking. Alternatively, contact our support team at [email protected] or call +91 88009 44154.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
